NESA has published clarified ACE Rules on the NSW Curriculum website. The clarified rules come into effect from 14 October 2024. Schools must not implement the clarified rules before this date. Schools must continue to use the ACE Rules on this website until 14 October 2024.

Certification of HSC submitted works and practical performances

For submitted works and practical performances in all courses, forms on which the students must certify that the submitted item or performance is their own work are provided through Schools Online .

All submitted works and performances must be developed in accordance with the principles of HSC: All My Own Work and Honesty in HSC Assessment - the Standard (ACE 9022).
