NESA has published clarified ACE Rules on the NSW Curriculum website. The clarified rules come into effect from 14 October 2024. Schools must not implement the clarified rules before this date. Schools must continue to use the ACE Rules on this website until 14 October 2024.

General education Content Endorsed Courses have been developed from exemplary Board Endorsed Courses and issued by NESA. Such Content Endorsed Courses have been adapted by NESA to meet the needs of a wider group of students.

Schools may implement Content Endorsed Courses without seeking NESA approval unless they wish to make changes or additions to the courses. Schools wishing to implement a Content Endorsed Course that has been modified in any way must apply to the Board Endorsement Panel using the appropriate form.
