NESA has published clarified ACE Rules on the NSW Curriculum website. The clarified rules come into effect from 14 October 2024. Schools must not implement the clarified rules before this date. Schools must continue to use the ACE Rules on this website until 14 October 2024.

Confirmations of Entry must be produced from Schools Online and checked by the relevant teacher(s) before being given to the students for checking and signing. The school must retain the correct, signed Confirmations of Entry until March of the following year.
