NESA has published clarified ACE Rules on the NSW Curriculum website. The clarified rules come into effect from 14 October 2024. Schools must not implement the clarified rules before this date. Schools must continue to use the ACE Rules on this website until 14 October 2024.

Students who wish to appeal against a NESA decision to withhold any Record of School Achievement or Higher School Certificate credentials should write to NESA.

A decision by NESA in respect of any appeal is final.
